Megalith Subtle Body

The ancients believed that Earth is a living being, much like ourselves. Just as our subtle bodies contain meridian points, sacred sites across the planet act as energetic nodes—acupuncture points for the Earth. Structures such as Stonehenge, pyramids, temples, and ancient cities were often constructed upon these powerful sites. In fact, there are around 1,000 Stonehenges in the UK alone, and when connected, they align to form straight lines—known in the East as dragon currents(龍脈). These energetic lines continue to influence temple placement and urban planning in parts of Asia today.

Subtle Body

“In ancient times, temples were not merely constructed; they were grown from the spiritual consciousness of those who aligned with the Earth.” - Rudolf Steiner

Structural Integrity

I’ve long been drawn to exposed architectural structures that reveal the underlying integrity of a building. This fascination naturally intersects with my interest in leylines, which I see as a kind of exoskeleton—an invisible framework that transcends the physical and points to a deeper order.

Capturing Tension

This sculpture reflects that tension: between the organic and the constructed, the mortal and the timeless. It draws from elemental geometries—the fundamental shapes of the universe—and contrasts them with forms that appear worn, eroded, and alive. The piece seeks to capture the tension of these forces in the ever-changing present.

“The ancients knew that the earth is a resonant body—that the stones, the stars, and the soul are part of one vibrational field.” - “Linda Tucker
